Soul Script – Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement

1. Personal Disclosure & Participation

I confirm that I will disclose all prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies I am currently taking or undergoing.

I affirm that I will complete any required screening forms myself, answer truthfully, and not withhold or misrepresent any information.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this service, fully aware of the risks and benefits involved.

My attendance and commitment are vital to the depth and effectiveness of this work.

2. Scope of Practice & Educational Purpose

I understand that all information, tools, and resources provided by Soul Script are for educational and informational purposes only.

I acknowledge that the support offered is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and I remain responsible for my own health and treatment decisions.

I agree to consult my GP, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare provider if any concerns arise or before making changes to my current treatment plan.

I acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that outcomes vary based on my individual readiness, commitment, and external circumstances.

3. Consent to Treatment

By participating, I confirm that:

- I understand the nature and limits of complementary therapy and somatic work.

- I take full responsibility for how I engage with and implement the materials and guidance provided.

- I release Paul McAllister (Soul Script) from liability relating to any physical, emotional, or psychological responses experienced as a result of this work.

4. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

I acknowledge the confidential nature of this work and agree not to disclose any information shared during sessions with third parties.

I understand that all sessions are conducted within a professional relationship and any inappropriate, offensive, or boundary-crossing behaviour will not be tolerated.

I commit to following any instructions or practices provided to the best of my ability in order to support my own healing process.

5. Payment Agreement

Payment is required in full before your booking is confirmed. However, your appointment is not confirmed until your completed screening form has been reviewed and approved by Soul Script.

You must submit your completed screening form no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your booking will remain provisional until your screening form has been reviewed by Paul McAllister (Soul Script). Paul reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to approve or decline your participation. In most cases, review will be completed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you are declined, you will receive a full refund.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

If you need to cancel and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your payment will be credited towards a future session.

6. Rescheduling & Service Changes

Soul Script reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or withdraw services in the event of unforeseen circumstances (including illness, legal changes, or venue issues). If this occurs, reasonable alternative arrangements will be offered.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.

8. Final Declaration

I understand and agree that:

- This work is not a substitute for medical treatment.

- I am responsible for my own decisions and healing process.

- Soul Script offers education, support, and guidance—not guaranteed outcomes.
